This hotel could have been better but they’re very rude to people , no customer service and the hotel receptionist Gwen ( Asian guy with mask) was very prejudice, I called 3x before I checked in asking for the incidental fee, when we got there he tried to charge us 20% instead of the $100 that was promised, not sure why he felt the need to do that I guess it’s because of our race, we travel across the world frequently, and spent $900 on this room for 4 nights but this hotel interactions made me feel like I was not valued at all . Cathy was amazing and Sandra helped us as well but Gwen was very prejudice and rude I will be reporting him to corporate, the only reason I didn’t do it when I check in is because I didn’t want him to sabotage our reservation and our flight landed super late so we needed our room. Overall I will never come back to this location and will be considering another loyalty program

Very dirty rooms, in need of renovations.

The rooms were not clean and had a significant amount of dust in the suite we booked. Upon arrival we noticed an unpleasant stench. Later while my daughter was showering the tub begin to fill up because the plumbing was clogged. We reported the issue to front desk, maintenance arrived and spent over 45 minutes trying to unclog the shower. At that time it was getting late and my family needed to shower and get ready for bed. The room smelt of so many chemicals. We the. Requested a new room. When we went to the new room it was not clean and the plumbing was also not working effectively. Finally we were put in a 3rd room. That had a stench worser than the first room. At that point we were exhausted from moving from room to room so we settled. The next day when attempting to use the microwave the cabinet that the microwave was stored in broke when we opened it. It appeared to have been repaired in the past and the screws holding the door on were drilled completely through the cabinet. We had to put something against the cabinet to hold it up. At this point we were so disappointed and were happy that we would be leaving on our 3rd day to stay in a different Hilton Hotel. We were not offered any accommodation or comps for our inconvenience. In addition, the hot tub was not working and the vending machine room had no vending machines and the room was very old and dusty. The only thing I enjoyed was the free drinks and the polite staff at the bar. I would not recommend this place at all!

Night staff is wacko

Hotel is fine. Breakfast is good but the night staff border on psychotic! Ignore you and then treat like you shouldn’t be there asking for a blanket or ice. They really hire the bottom of the barrel for the night staff. And by the way, I got sheets instead of a blanket and the ice machine on our floor was broken. I definitely will call and complain to hq in the morning. That worker was really wacko!!

Family of 5 with a dog. Booked 2 queen bed suite with walkout balcony. Stayed for 3 nights. The good: rom was spacious enough for the 5 of us. There is a wet bar. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker provided. Not as busy as the hotels in the strip. Hotel staff is very approachable. Outdoor parking lot felt safe with $17 parking per night. In and out privilege. The view from our balcony, over looking The Sphere. Hot breakfast buffet with made to order eggs the way you like, egg whites are available! The breakfast crew were efficient and friendly. Ernesto that was assigned to made to order eggs remembered that I only want a bit of cheese on my eggs. Food items never ran out, always filled. Plates and utensils always available. The lady that cleans the table was always quick to attend the table. Never had a problem finding a spot, maybe because we always go down before it gets real busy. As per my son who went swimming, the pool was warm. The hot tub was not in service when we were there and there was one day that the pool was also not in service - but was repaired before noon. Elevators were fast, barely anyone with us every time we had to use it. Water pressure good. Did not ran out of hot water. The bad or needs attention: the room is old and needs renovation. Maintenance can do better. Carpet in the room needs to be updated. It makes the room dark and stuffy. The coffee table in our room, one of the leg was broken. Had to put it on the side during our stay so no one would use it. The provided conditioner and shower gel were both empty - good thing we brought our own. The balcony/hallway outside gives me a feeling of dreadfulness. Maybe different choices of finger foods during the evening reception. Have a separate area or server for kids below 21yo so they can order soda. We never got our room cleaned. I asked to have it serviced on our second day of stay but no one came. The room beside us had a couple of plates and glasses sitting outside their door that according to my daughter was there for more than 24hrs - no one bothered to pick it up. Even with all that, the negatives did not ruin our trip. We slept, rested and get cleaned when needed and explored. Will I stay here again? Maybe not.

Location was good, very near Las Vegas Blvd but without all the craziness and heavy traffic of the strip. Convenient if you need to be attending an event at the Conference Centre which is walking distance. Lots of secure on-site guest parking available behind the building and in front. Ambience in the common guest areas look nice and spacious, however the rooms themselves were pretty average. Room I was in had poor lighting, dated decor. Bed was comfortable. AC worked very well and kept the room cool. Room has fridge, ironing board + steam iron, TV in sitting room and bedroom. Fairly good internet connectivity. Buffet breakfast was not good ...would not even consider it a buffet because you are only allowed in the food section only once (a one-way system is in place). You enter the food section, get your food and exit via a door to the sitting area. Fresh omelette station available. All other food is buffet style ... standard breakfast items : scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, sausages, bread station, fruit, yoghurt. Coffee station available in the food section and the dining area. Did not use the swimming pool as it was very popular and always full of kids and other guests. Valet parking available. We stayed 4N/5D and room was not cleaned until the day we left. Staff were all very nice and pleasant when we interacted with them.
